    We strive for timely delivery, reasonable rates, package tracking capabilities and insurance where applicable or prudent.

    Depending on the weight, size and destination, we generally select between UPS Ground Service and the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Other options are available such as Second Day, Next Day or Express Mail. These options are available to you on the shopping cart.

     A small handling fee is automatically included in the shipping costs calculated by the shopping cart. This fee helps to offset the costs of packaging products and physical handling.

    Most of our point-of-use products will cost you between $9.00 and $14.00 USD to ship within the continental US. Shipments outside the continental US will be reviewed for the best rate and delivery. We will contact you regarding the choices.

    Damage in Shipping - All damage MUST be reported to the shipping company for any claims consideration. This must be done immediately since there is a 15 day deadline or the claim will be denied by the shipping company. All shipping material must be saved for inspection. Please contact us for assistance in this process. All products are shipped FOB Shipping Point (Origin).
