We offer a 30-DAY RETURN POLICY, less shipping and handling charges. Returns are subject to a restocking charge. Our installation services are covered by a 90-DAY WARRANTY. Sometimes the selection of the correct product for your situation is not easy. We are here to help. We may insist on a water test. The reason is so we know what contaminants we're dealing with. It will be your option on who does the testing, as long as we can see the results. The products we sell have MANUFACTURERS WARRANTEES that we pass along to you. Should you have any trouble, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and work to resolve the issue. Damage in Shipping - All damage MUST be reported to the shipping company for any claims consideration. This must be done immediately since there is a 15 day deadline or the claim will be denied by the shipping company. All shipping material must be saved for inspection. Please contact us for assistance in this process. All products are shipped FOB Shipping Point (Origin).
